Gourmet Late Night Snacks

Gourmet Late Night Snacks

In our experience (& we have 48 years of that!) the key to keeping wedding celebrations going long into the night is by ensuring your guests are well fed. Prolonging the dancing stamina of your loved ones is important, especially during the “little bit softer” part of ‘Shout’, and that’s exactly why we highly recommend offering late night snacks at your reception. Whether you create a themed station, have servers passing fun finger foods, or place grab n’ go goodies by the exit, customized small bites are the perfect opportunity to add a personal touch to your menu, while keeping the party going.

Get inspired by some of our favorites below. *Warning* carb-loaded deliciousness ahead!

Doughnuts

Listen up, newly engaged couples! Wedding cake isn’t for everyone. A station of assorted and fresh bakery treats can really sweeten up the celebration. Choose from a variety of fun flavors, toppings and sizes. For extra cuteness, add doughnut holes into the mix!

Grilled Cheese Dippers + Tomato Soup Sips

Just like mom used to make.. only better because it’s likely a buzz has developed after the seemingly endless champagne toasts. Warm winter wishes! We love this idea for November-March New England weddings. Dip, sip, repeat and stay toasty.

Soft Pretzels

Köstlich! German by origin, customized to your liking with sauces like beer cheese, honey mustard and hot fudge. Do “The Twist” on and off the dance-floor by incorporating cinnamon sugar pretzels with vanilla frosting along with traditional sea salted options.

Macarons

Ooh la la! All in favor of a French Macaron display worthy of Marie Antoinette’s castle in Versailles say “oui!” We can assure you the answer is unanimous. A beautiful way to say both “merci” and “au revoir,” place goodie-bags along with these colorful confections for guests to take to-go!
