Founder Edna Dratch-Parker Honored by the New England Chapter of the National Association for Catering and Events

BOSTON, May 15, 2013 –- EFD Creative-Event Planning & Design today announced that it has been recognized for its work as The Wedding Brander™ by the New England Chapter of the National Association for Catering and Events (NENACE).

Edna Dratch-Parker, founder of EFD Creative, was awarded “Wedding of the Year” by NENACE for her outstanding work designing and planning an August 2012 wedding for her client Priyanka and Dan . The wedding, which was also featured on the influential Style Me Pretty wedding blog, paid tribute to the couple’s backgrounds, creating a unique cultural experience that combined both Indian and American traditions.

The NENACE awards are judged by industry peers. Dratch-Parker received the award during the organization’s awards ceremony held on May 7, 2013.
