Chef D’Antonio graduated from the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and has put his knowledge and skills to great use working in restaurants and hotels in the New England area for the last 13 years. Peter joins us from the Sheraton Boston where he has spent the last five years as the Banquet Chef, overseeing and executing all of their events.
