Neena and Shane wanted their wedding style to be a reflection of their very different cultural backgrounds, but also representative of their different, yet complementary personalities – a vision of them as a couple. In what the bride called a “work of heart”, Edna Dratch-Parker of EFD Creative – Event Planning & Design elegantly produced a fabulous fusion that did just that – blending the ornate elegance and colorful vibrancy of Neena’s Indian and Mexican heritage with the more reserved, yet down-to earth feel of Shane’s German background and Midwestern roots. “Neena’s kind, warm personality inspired the romance and elegance of many of the decor details,” explained Dratch-Parker “the lovely embroidered linens from Rentals Unlimited and the soft hues and sophisticated style of the gorgeous florals by Tangerine Creations resulted in a clean, fresh style that blended together their cultures and defined their vision.”
